A Dive into E 1527 Revisions Through the Lens of Professional Liability
The release of a new standard presents a valuable opportunity for firms to review their processes and procedures to ensure consistency and thoroughness. This time is no exception. Join us as two active ASTM Task Group leaders highlight how the new clarification and guidance language can best serve environmental consultants in their decision making.

Tim Haley, a well-respected environmental attorney and co-author of the new Legal Appendix will share his thoughts on common pitfalls in conducting Phase I ESAs that EPs should be aware of, and more importantly, steer attendees to specific areas of revisions that can help.

Elizabeth Krol, a well-known environmental consultant and past winner of the LightBox PRISM Industry Influencer award, leads the Task Group’s historical research focus group. During the webinar, Krol will highlight language that practitioners should be aware of, as well as steps they may consider as the release of the updated standard draws closer.
